Singapore plans to make it harder for public to buy cryptocurrencies

Singapore is considering making it harder for people to buy cryptocurrencies. The country's central bank chief said it is because many seem "irrationally oblivious" about the risks. Measures could include customer suitability tests, as well as curbing the use of leverage and credit facilities for cryptocurrency trading. But such activities will not be banned altogether.
